Lime (Sliced)

Butter

Brown Rice (Cooked)

Pico De Gallo

 

Spanish Mackerel are prevalent along the Atlantic coast and in the Gulf of Mexico. These fish are easy to catch and delicious to eat, making them a popular choice for at-home cooking. Whether you catch them or buy them in a store, Spanish Mackerel fillets paired with brown rice and pico de gallo make for a wonderful seafood lunch or dinner.
