Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition, it was received. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise. Orders placed in November and December can be returned until 2/28/2022.

If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service team. They will be happy to help with your return. We will make our best effort to get back to you as quickly as possible during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST. You can contact our customer service team by emailing SLWEBCSR@SALTLIFE.COM. Please be sure to have the following information ready for our team to create this return: order number, billing last name and email on the order, as well as the product name, quantity, color, item condition, and the reason for the return.

After submitting a return request using the buttons above, an email will be sent to you containing a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may then pack your items and write your RA number on the outside of the package and on the Return Slip located inside the original Salt Life package.

Please include the following in the return package:

  1. Items you are returning
  2. Copy of the Returns slip
  3. Copy of original packing slip


To Exchange:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to and place a new order.


Credits on Returns:
You will receive an email confirming your request. The 'pending' status will change once we receive your items and the refund process has been completed. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
