How do I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 60 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. To return your order; simply fill out the form on the back of the packing list you received and return the item to us following the instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your order is received you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

When will I receive my credit?

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

The refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.

It may take up to 20 days from the time we receive your merchandise return until your issuing bank shows the credit on your account.
