  • Do you have sizing information?

    We have added a size chart to help you determine your size when ordering from SaltLife.com. Because sizing and cut will vary between fabrications and styles please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email or phone.
  • Which credit cards do you accept?

    SaltLife.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Currently, only Alabama and Florida residents are required to pay sales tax.
  • What if an item I ordered is not available?

    Salt Life makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
  • Can I place an order over the phone?

    Certainly! Please call our toll-free number at 1-888-516-0427.
  • Can I make changes to my order?

    In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has processed.
  • Do you offer rain checks for sale items?

    No.
  • Does Salt Life offer personalization?

    No, we do not offer any personalization on any of our merchandise.

PROMO CODES

  • Does Salt Life offer promo codes?

    Yes, from time to time we offer promo codes. Please make sure you sign up for our email list to receive promo codes and special offers.
  • Where do I enter my promo code?

    The promotional code box is located in the lower right hand corner of your screen on the checkout page. It may be necessary to use the scroll bar located on the right hand side of your screen to see the promotional code box.
  • Can I use multiple promo codes?

    No, we do not allow stacking of promo codes.
  • Can I use my promo code for an order I placed previously but have not received?

    No, promo codes can only be used on new orders and must be entered when the order is placed online.
  • I placed an order online and need to add/or remove an item, is this possible?

    You cannot make any changes to your order once you click submit.
  • How do I use a promo code to purchase an item that is currently out of stock?

    Sorry, at this time promo codes can only be used for in-stock merchandise.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • How is my order shipped?

    All orders are shipped via UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been transmitted. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.
  • How much does shipping cost?

    Please see the Shipping Policy page for information on shipping rates.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days upon receipt, and UPS takes 3-5 days for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, our order processing time may increase due to UPS backups.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately we are not shipping internationally at this time.
  • What are your shipping guidelines?

    Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PST will start processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. SaltLife.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

    Congratulations on your purchase of the finest quality sunglasses available, SALT LIFE SPORT OPTICS! Our sunglasses are made in Italy with state of the art ZEISS lenses by master craftsmen, most of whom have over 20 years of experience in the art of manufacturing precision optics. We use the finest materials available to create ultra-premium optics and hardware that are second to none. Our sunglasses are 100% warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for three years from the original purchase date. If a defect that is covered by this Warranty is found, we will, at our option and without charge, either repair your Product or replace it. We know that no matter how careful you are with your sunglasses, accidents do happen. If they become damaged we will replace them for a nominal charge. In no event shall Bimini Bay Outfitters LTD.® be liable for consequential or special damages for breach of this warranty or any other warranty, which may be implied by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential or special damages. So the above limitation and/or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State. Warranty is valid in the USA only.
