These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.

Defective merchandise purchased through Salt Life, Inc. may be returned at any time with or without a receipt. Unwashed or Unworn items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 60 days of purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 60 days after the purchase date will be eligible for a merchandise exchange or a merchandise certificate for the price paid.

Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

If we sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective, once the product is received by our Returns Department, we will refund your shipping price, otherwise customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
