Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding holidays.
