If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Tax policy
Salt Life Inc. collects applicable taxes in Florida.

We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges in the state of Florida.

Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have questions about the taxes on your invoice, please call us anytime at 1-904-241-SALT.

Tax exempt purchases
If you are making a purchase for a tax-exempt organization, or are an individual that qualifies for a tax exemption, please contact our Customer Support team at 1-904-241-SALT.

To ensure compliance with state and local laws, all requested forms and information must be received and verified by our Customer Service team before a purchase can be placed without tax.
