Checking Order Status
If you have placed an order with gap.com, you can check the current status of your order by entering your order number and email address on our Order Status page.

Tracking Packages

To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include an order tracking number (Federal Express or United Parcel Service) or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service). On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number.

If you have your tracking number, you can also check on the status of your delivery by visiting FedEx, United Parcel Service or US Postal Service directly.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

  • Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Express orders placed by 11:59 pm ET will ship the next business day. Delivery occurs Monday through Friday for Federal Express deliveries, excluding holidays.
  • United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we include an out-of-stock notification card when we ship your order and alert you in your shipping notification email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items do not appear on your bill. We are unable to accept back orders through SaltLife.com at this time; however, we will be happy to take your back order by phone if you call 1.904.241.7258 (1.904.241.SALT)
